The same problem occurs if you order any delivery - the couriers can't find the hotel, and you can't explain to them, because no one speaks English. I talked to other visitors, and everyone had the same problems. Secondly, when I arrived at 5am, they announced that the deluxe room I booked was unavailable. I didn't...

"Love the location. They have complimentary steam room, sauna and pool. Convenient location in an Old City. Close to the Harbor Walk and the tram to the observation deck and Flame Towers. They are offer taxi from the airport for an extra charge, what was really convenient for us. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Also have a rooftop restaurant with a stunning view of the city. Highly recommend."

"The staff was absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean and neat but smell heavily of smoke smell. Most of the guests smoke inside the rooms, unfortunately. Fitness room is pretty lame and the AC wasn’t working in it. Other than that, I would definitely come back. Oh and the restaurant is also very tasty and comfy!"
