“Jungle Lodge is by far the best place to stay in Tikal National Park. Beautiful. Why the 4 stars and not 5. They are not efficient at the front desk. Couldn't find our booking. Said we booked more nights than we had. And a few other logistical things. If this place had tight management I think it is a top notch hotel. Great stay.”

We were treated like family and I want to make sure they get recognized. This is coming from a person that really doesn't like writing reviews. They really deserve recognition and praise! ”

“Hice mi reserva y pago por medio de la pagina. Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no trabajaban con niguna pagina se hoteles y que no tenian mi reserva. Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso. He usado muchas veces Hotels.com y es la primera vez que me pasa esto, lamentablemente una lección de $100 :(”

“We opted to stay at the Isal de Flores because we were returning from Tikal and Yaxha and needed an overnight spot close to the airport for an early-morning flight out the next day. It was a very good choice in terms of location, transport to the airport, room quality, and responsiveness of the staff. The rooftop bar is a nice addition, but be aware that the beat of the music from the bar when it turns into a club at night can be a little disruptive. Flores island itself has its charms but is...

“The accommodation is advertized as "In the jungle" Not true. In some trees, sure but close to noisy road. Booking confirmation said includes breakfast. Not offered by lodge. Had to fight for it. Minimal bed linen. Would not visit again. ”

“Beautiful property and a true paradise near Flores. They have a complimentary boat tour every morning to the monkey islands. The breakfast was also wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Clean room, excellent accommodating staff, the air conditioning is a plus... The housekeeping is absolutely superb. The pool we didn't get a chance to try but look tempting from the third floor where we stayed. I think this is the only brand name hotel on the small and colorful Isla de Flores. It is located next to the water's edge and walking distance from everything in Flores. It has parking space for their guests. ”
