"The staff was really nice, the room was large, the bedding was good, but the price was out of line with what you got. No pool, no elevator, the breakfast was spartan, and the room was missing minor stuff, like a bathtub mat, and the stirrer sticks in the coffee packets. You would think these items would be caught by a hotel that costs this much..."

"The location of the hotel was very convenient to I-81 and there were plenty of places to shop and eat. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t attended to every day and we had to ask for new towels every morning because staff didn’t service the room according to their short stay policy. Breakfast was marginal, but it was something to eat before heading out."

"We've stayed at various rentals at Chalet High four times now. All the units are older. They're not fancy. But they've always been clean and everything's always worked fine. The kitchens are better stocked with cookware than many rentals as well, which we appreciate. I believe all, or at least most, of the rentals have dishwashers, wash machines, and driers in the units, which is a huge plus for us."
