Muy pequeño a comparación de como lo muestran en las fotos. Y el día que llegué con mi familia estaba el pintor en el pasillo y se escuchaba todo lo que platicaba con la camarista. No hay privacidad en sus habitaciones y el espacio es realmente muy pequeño.

Primero nos dijeron que ya no tenían habitaciones (aunque tenía reserva confirmada), que hablara a atención a clientes de hoteles.com, ya que estaba hablando me dijeron que si tenían una. Las camas no son muy cómodas, nunca pudimos conectarnos al wifi. El area es tranquila, playa al cruzar el Blvd, zona dorada muy cerca, buena vista.

No me respetaron la reservación. La recepcionista fué descortes, me dijo que el hotel no tiene ningun convenio con Expedia y que es mi culpa por hacer reservaciones por internet y no hablar directo al hotel. Pedí hablar con el encargado, se negó, me dijo "Si quiere hable a este numero y hágale como quiera no le voy a dar habitación porque no tengo". Llamé y la persona que me atendió comentó que los correos que tengo de la confirmación del hotel ellos no los mandan que marque a esa página y/o que le de la queja, que cuando quiera hacer reservaciones tengo hablar, el tono de voz de esta chica prepotente, no lo recomiendo. No tienen trato con las personas.

bien lo único que cuando reserve decía dos camas king size y nos dieron matrimonial la otra es que el aire acondicionado estaba tirando agua y caía justo en una de las amuladas de unas camas creo que la ubicación esta mal habitación 1202 por lo tanto esa noche no pudimos utilizar el aire fue justo a nuestra llegada gracias.
