I sliced my toe open on the shower drain and bled for two days to start the trip. They did not grant me a new room after I requested one and offered no compensation of any kind. They replaced the broken drain. It felt very low budget. I do not recommend

Si vas solo a dormir y a bañarte, está bien, pero no tienen Internet en las habitaciones, las camas están duras, no hay caja fuerte, no hay plancha, encontramos cucarachas pequeñas, hacen la limpieza a diario, no entiendo por qué había de esos bichos, la recepcionista jovencita muy grosera en su trato de frente y por teléfono, tal vez estaba más preocupada con su galán werito jajaja, el señor guardia de lentes que muy amable es lo rescatable de dicho hotel

La chica de la recepción súper grosera, negativa e indispuesta. No se debería dedicar a atender a turistas. Llegamos de noche y no nos atendía, fue grosera con mi hija que no estaba haciendo nada, solo se tardó en pasar por la puerta por que tiene 4 años. Además le pedí un cuarto en el primer piso por que estoy discapacitada y lo que hizo fue lo siguiente: dijo que la habitación estaba en el 2 piso a la vuelta de la recepción y no, el cuarto que nos dio fue el más alejado y más arriba, tuve que subir y bajar y luego en la lluvia buscar la habitación. Deberían correrla. Le dije que nos trataba así por qué ella no era la dueña. Yo también me dedico a la hospitalidad y a esta persona hace un trabajo pésimo!

Cucarachas en la habitación

La primera habitación tenía demasiados moscos, Nos dieron otra donde había cucarachas, tuvimos que comprar veneno nosotras mismas, porque les comentamos y no hicieron nada al respecto,

En general esta en promedio bien Lo malo, las puertas estan en malas condiciones, las ventanas no cuentan con seguro, hay insectos y cucarachas en las habitaciones ofrecen wifi el cuál no es cierto

Mala experiencia, me entregaron un cuarto sin acear, me cambiaron de cuarto y el que me dieron se tiró el agua del bañó pedí que lo acearan y solo me dieron un trapeador para que yo cecara el agua que se avía tirado que porque no avía personal de limpieza no cuentan con internet mala experiencia en general jamas regreso a este lugar.
