"The facility was nice, and very convenient location. The air conditioner in room 308 was unusually loud, startling us awake each time it kicked on. Also, housekeeping staff was talking loudly right outside our door starting at 7:30 am. They knocked on our door at 8:00 am to clean. We only stayed one night and were traveling from a different time zone. Son was asleep. Seemed early and odd."

"The floor was not very clean in the room, old food in the fridge, killed a spider and an ant in the bathroom which wasnt a big deal. The pool needs cleaned. When we got back into the room after swimming and laid down, we went to turn on the AC and it wouldnt work. We got someone from the front desk and they couldnt fix it. They offered to move us but moving at 1030pm at night is not ideal when you have 4 children ready for bed. We asked for a fan which was covered in lint, we cleaned it - which doesnt seem like a big deal but I feel like it couldve been sinply cleaned by the staff before bringing it to us. Overall was not awful but I do feel like they need to pay attention to cleaning better before renting out the room and keep the pool clean as that is the main reason a lot of families go to hotels is to swim."

"Beds horrible, dirty chairs in room, tv would not change channels, shower head was dirty n no pressure, Not staying there again. Would not recommend "

"It is an older hotel but was very clean. Furniture and rooms could use some paint and updating. Staff was friendly. Breakfast could be improved. It was fine but just had mini donuts, raisin or white bread, bananas and dry or oatmeal cereal. Adding bagels would be a great thought. Very close to Billie Creek Village and Covered Bridge trails. We did receive extra pillows and towels when we asked."
