"Dirty, holes in comforter (maybe cigarette burns), loud, people smoking on walkways right outside rooms, room telephone did not work (supposedly none worked “since the hurricane” but I believe that was over a year ago. Tried to call the front desk but couldn’t use the phone in the room for several issues, took a while to find the “local” number online."

"My room door was literally unlocked and open when I came to it.. I searched the room before I let my guard down. The room is solely for sleep purposes only. I would not book this room for more than one night. It is outdated and has a distinct smell to it. Something you smell at a thrift store of some sorts. Regular size fridge with freezer. Microwave and sink. Dishes included, however I used none of these amenities. Furniture and fixtures stained. The price you’re paying is for the location. 5-10 minutes from Hard Rock. Other than that, the room isn’t worth half of the price it is advertised. The blackout curtains were a very nice touch. Overall, only worth booking if you have somewhere to be close by. You’ll be safe and not have to deal with bugs :)"

"We were surprisingly pleased by this wonderful facility from the moment we checked in with Nikki at the front desk and the restaurant staff John and China and the wonderful hotel representative Ashly who helped us so much Lakiesha and Alma. It’s just an incredible group of staff The hotel was incredibly clean. Bed was comfortable and there is a wonderful lanai outdoor seating and a pool. This hotel definitely has everything you need. We came for an unexpected stay to help a family member, and we were quite pleased and look forward to returning."

"Room was great. Quiet. Front desk was very polite. There were a lot of police officers there.. scared us a little. But he explained it was nothing. "

"When we arrived, there was no one to check us in. It took 10 minutes before someone came down from what seemed like their residence. Then, after seeing 3 of us, they didn’t offer sheets for the pullout. We had to go back to the office twice to get a larger sheet and ask for help with the sofa that didn’t pullout properly. No customer service or hospitality skills! The lobby was redone so it looked okay but everything seemed gilded. Just cheaply renovated or painted. "
