"Tv didn’t work the last two times we stayed.staff doesn’t care to help fix problems. You pay a resort fee and they don’t care about your money or anything "

"The breakfast was decent but it didn't have any breakfast meat which i thought was odd because they had 2 dishes of scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Cereals, mini muffins, breads and bagels, cereals, fruit and a mini pancake machine. The facility itself was great. I had an issue with only 1 staff member, the morning of our departure, i let the front desk person know one of the coffee dispensers was empty and she acted like it was a huge inconvenience to let whoever handles refilling it know. Not great customer service."

"Really clean, comfortable and wonderful place to stay. A couple blocks from Center Point Medical. The suite rooms were spacious."

"This is an older hotel that is being renovated. All the inside areas that are open are new and clean. The outside looks like there is work being done inside, but not outside yet. The location is tricky to get to and in a sort of industrial area. Well lighted parking. Next to the interstate but we heard no traffic noise inside our room. We did hear the trains that are nearby. We would stay here again. Breakfast was tasty."

"Linens stained, perhaps soiled (mainly top covers). Place is showing some wear. Sheets a bit rough, but probably provide some exfoliation. Not much available for breakfast, but you are in luck if an oatmeal packet and an apple would do. Parking convenient. Not a place for lite sleepers, overlooks the highway and quite close. Mattress acceptable. Also, if a sign is on the desk saying, “Assisting another guest, back in 10, call —- in an emergency”, call immediately. After a 15 minute wait, called and they were in a back room. Would not stay here again, unless in a crunch. "

"Absolutely no issues with the facilities; clean, new, spacious, great rates, cozy lobby area and great little breakfast/area. Only small snag was the unwillingness to put our parties’ 2 rooms close or at least on the same floor, either beforehand or at check-in (after telling me on the phone they couldn’t do it until we were there). We ended up on 2 different floors, didn’t seem at any point that they were ever going attempt to put the rooms close. Would still stay here again!"

" I have been staying at this hotel off and on for a year due to traveling for work. The staff has been consistently the same friendly faces. I also know that they had construction going on over the past few months so I see there are a lot of reviews that seemed unfair to me. The outside is just recently done it looks very nice. I'm not a huge breakfast person but there was options for breakfast each time I was there. Me personally I just wanted some apple juice or coffee. If I find myself in a pinch in Independence Missouri I know the place I will be staying is at quality inn & suites on Noland road. Thank you so much for accommodating all my needs"
