โGorgeous little hotel, well located with a really comfy bed.Loved the balcony looking over the pool with limestone cliff also in view.Friendly staff.โ
โVery clean, nice pool area and over all a super place to stay. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They made us feel safe and at home and helped us with everything from booking restaurants and tours to answering all kinds of questions we had. Only minor drawback was that the beds was a bit hard and that the location is a bit far from things, but there are cheep tuktuks right outside.โ
โHighly recommendable accommodation!
1. Location
Lots of shops are distributed on the street in front of 'The Lai Thai'. This main street, which starts from Aonang beach, is about 2.4km long and 'The Lai Thai' is in the middle of the main street. So all the shops are in walking distance.
2. Room
Room was clean and cosy. Each room has balcony. Kitchen utensils are equipped so you can cook. Among 3 buildings, I guess the building towards cliff may have good view but the view from the room I...
โClean, comfortable, good location, owner very helpful. Sound proofing between upstairs and downstairs rooms could be better. Outside seating area was lovely. Very good value.โ
โIt was an adult only hotel so it was quiet and calm. Itโs located very close to the beach but a bit away from the main street but still walkable distance and there are plenty of shops in between. The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop pool. It is just amazing. Room isnt very clean and ther is nothing special about the restaurants and stuff, but the pool is worth the visit. โ
