“Everything was clean but the microwave smell so bad like a rotten meat. We practically have to clean and sanitize it first before we can use it and have to open the window to let the smell out. “This hotel has amazing potential - but it needs significant work on the basic conditions. It is over 100 years old and in need of a full restoration of all basic infrastructure and all new FF&E. It is not appropriately priced for the condition. I for one, would love to be a GM of the restoration and see what would be possible. ”
