The breakfast was good but the highlight of the restaurant was Nasruldin Islam head waiters. I was traveling with my niece that has autism and every time we went to the restaurant he did the extra for my family and I really appreciate it and will never forget his kindness warmth and patience.

The room was very clean, the staff were very helpful and accommodating, and everything was very straight forward. I stayed at this hotel for an umrah trip and took taxis around to be dropped off closer to the haram and the process of booking was very easy and it was very affordable. The hotel isn’t too far from the haram, sound 10-15 mins.

The service was exceptional, the rooms were spotless, and the view was beautiful. I have visited many hotels, both overseas and in this country. Novotel was one of the most excellent hotels I have ever seen in my entire life, in terms of service, clean rooms, great views, and excellent food. The food was delicious.
