We had a very great experience. Excellent service. Very fast reply. Super clean. The restaurant there “treat” is 10/10. Everyone is friendly. Truly made us feel like royalty. Staff exceeded our expectations, and made the stay very enjoyable, despite a couple minor issues. We have tried out numerous hotels in medellin over the years and this is by far our favourite, so it has become our number 1 choice in medellin. Minor Issues- there is no AC in the common area/living room and kitchen, which can get quite hot during the day. However, the bedroom AC works amazing which is most important. Lastly, I would avoid using any wine glasses, 2 broke while just rinsing them and was charged 110,000 COP for the 2 glasses. But again, minor issues compared to the great service of staff.
