"I spent 2 nights with my family (2 adults 2 kids 8 and 10 yo). The houses were built in high quality materials and attention was w to the fournitures design. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. "The staff was very unhelpful. Starting with not helping with bags or anything else. If you wanted to order anything from the restaurant you had to walk to them as they didn't pay attention to you. The serenity was unreal despite being conveniently located by the beach and shops. I will not stay anywhere else when coming to Canggu. "The hotel is beautiful, but the most enjoyable thing about the hotel is the staff!!! Always smiling, friendly and ready to help!!! They react positively to every situation and are ready to offer a solution… good or bad. Plenty of choices for dinner inside and outside the hotel. Great breakfast and enjoyable food and drinks. Rooms are great, ample beds, bequtifully decorated If any negative comment, design wise the hotel, although very nice, it is complicated. Rooms can be far away from the beach or pools. Walking around polls and restaurants is rather cumbersome… they are there, but you can only access them thru one specific place. The lobby is kind of secluded. Many amenities (spa, library etc) are out of the way and bars close at 9PM"

"Our stay at Munduk Plantation Nature Resort was nothing short of perfect. If you're looking for a private, luxurious experience set in the mountainous jungle of north Bali, this is it. Our pool villa included the attentive services of Leo, our butler. Leo kindly arranged breakfast each morning, brought to our villa, as well as scheduled various nature treks, dinners, yoga, and spa treatments for us. We had regular friendly communication with him via WhatsApp. Leo's welcoming nature made our stay truly a home. Other wonderful and attentive staff included Nia and Juni at the Balinese restaurant on site and Roni who collected us from the airport and drove us to our next hotel in Ubud. All staff made us feel like nothing was too much to ask, and we genuinely felt sad saying goodbye."
