I have used this motel every time I come to Phoenix for many years. It is clean, comfortable, has a nice pool, and the breakfast room is appreciated. The office management is friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and air quality in the room was good. There was a lot of work put into making it a very lovely and hospitable room, with very lovely flooring, furniture and textiles. It was also very affordable on a Friday night, which I am extremely grateful for. It was also very quiet. The staff (owners, I think) were very friendly. It would be a solid 10/10 except for the shower head was frozen on a setting like a power-washer, and the shower curtain plastic was partially melted. Between the two, I had to mop the bathroom when I was done and was rather grumpy. I highly recommend replacing the shower head and curtain.

Not what I would call a 5 star resort, but the room was clean, staff was friendly, not much they could do about the access to the property, but the road getting in there is difficult to navigate.
