I never got to check in. Apparently when I booked the room on Hotels.com app, all the rooms where full. So that was a great suprise. I ended up have to barrow money to book another room elsewhere. The booking was very unprofessional. Something i would expect from a smaller booking company. I lost a lot of trust in hotels.com.

I would never visit this town again. The motel was in a gas station parking lot. The area did not feel safe at all. We drive another 2 hours south and found a very nice place. It’s called The Angler Lodge. Amazing service and very clean nice rooms

Half of the wall outlets didn't work or were so warn the anything plugged in would fall off. The AC barely put out cold air. The place looks run down, but functional. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Not safe

This is a safe place for a woman traveling along to stay. There are burn marks on the blankets, there is trash on the breeze way near rooms including car batteries, random shopping carts around the property & a lot of drug activity/ homeless people all night long.

Overall stay at the Royal Crest Motel in Medford Oregon was vary nice... staff was nice and friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and comfortable and clean for the most part atleast i can say the bed was vary comfortable and nicely made. The floors were clean and the bathroom was also nice just a little.out dated and the tub had a little water leak/drip that wouldnt stop driping.. i would rate this place on a 1 to 10 scale 1 being the lowest and unhappy and wi never return there, and 10 would the best-liked and will definitely 100% stay there again and recommend this place to friends and family. So i give this place a About An 8 on the sxale for overall rating.

The place was absolutely filthy! There were dirty stains on the walls, other types of unidentifiable stains on all other surfaces, and don't get me started on the carpet. This motel has gone way down hill between the last time I stayed here (25 years ago), and my recent stay. It has declined drastically. Don't know if it's a management issue, or they're just struggling to stay in business and can't afford to hire people to clean the rooms, but it's pretty rock bottom now.

Never even got to stay the night ....paid ahead of time and got refused due to my service animal...the front office clerk was extremely rude and the place looked worn down and dirty...would not suggest to my worst enemy!!!
