“This is a nice place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub was delightful,but wish it was a tad warmer. Pretty standard breakfast. Eggs, sausage, and waffle maker. Also biscuits and gravy and some small pastries. Not the hotels fault really, but can someone make a big thing of scrambled eggs without the bottom being full of water. Happens at most buffets and ever hotel breakfast. We will be back when we are this way. ”

“The hallway and rooms nearby were under repair/construction and the floor was dirty and grimy. Noise of hammering, sawing, drilling until 8-9 pm.”

“This is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was delicious, especially the blueberry scones. The room was clean, loved that they provided an extra blanket for the bed. The staff was very accommodating. My husband needs to travel with multiple prescriptions that require refrigeration. We use icepacks in coolers as we travel. The hotel placed them in their large freezer overnight so they were ready for us to continue out travels the next day. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay here...

“No elevator, no pool or hot tum open, air conditioner was so loud where you couldn't use it. Asked for a manager to contact me and I never received a phone call. Kids were disappointed and so were we. Will not stay here again.”

“Overall pretty disappointed in our experience. I completely understand that the weather is not typical and that certain amenities can not happen because of that. However, in my experience, management did not appropriately staff the property and therefore many of the experiences were not great. The pool was not accessible because there was a capacity of 25 swimmers the first night and then the following day it was closed completely due to “unexpected circumstances” and the rest of the amenities...

“This motel has one of the best locations to downtown Steamboat Springs people. We’ve stayed there numerous times and I’ve never been unhappy with the facility or the personnel. They have tended to go out of their way to help. Though a bit more the river view rooms are exceptional.”

“We had the misfortune of being in Casper the weekend of the State track meet and all other hotels were full. There’s a reason this one wasn’t. Facility was run down and a little spooky. When we told friends where we were staying they gasped and offered to put us up at their homes.”
