Broken items in room and needs renovating

Telephone and safe in the room were broken. Only one restaurant in the hotel and it’s closed between breakfast time and 1pm. Hotel in urgent need of updating. Not suitable for business travel. However staff were very polite and helpful.

I always stay at Le Meridien, it is centrally located, and the rooms are large and clean and well equipped. The staff are very friendly Fahad and the team on reception always look after me very well.

Careful about Breakfast while taking it online

Hotel is good, quote far from Haram, you need to wai long for the bus as it can only move on some fixed time slots only, i paid for 2 people breakfast but once i already paid online via credit card, at hotel they told me Breakfast only covers for 1 person, thats an upset situation when you are along with family.

Very expensive considering that the internet in my room was extra slow, the water was cool and I had to take quick and the staff wasn't all that friendly. I informed them about the slow speed and was told that someone would bring a router to speed up the connection, which never happened.

Terrible hotel

It was horrible .. the shower was barely working .. no presssure .. the water was cold.. my son was shivering after.. when we complained they sent someone to fix it.. 2 mins later it was the same … we were checking out so didn’t bother calling them again… the power went out two times at night with a super loud alarm with it. Ac n all turned off… we paid $500 a night for this crappy place. Very poorly maintained. Hair dryer wasn’t working.. started off with cool and then turned off. Stinky as well. I have videos too.. let me know if you me to share. The counters were cracked up in the bathroom
