"Didn't use the A/C. Disappointed with the view so we were moved to a higher up room but the view wasn't much better. As a vegan, I pre warned the staff on reception but all I could have for breakfast every day was cereal and oat milk - not good value for money. The building is big and impressive but a little tired and dusty in some areas. The corridors outside the rooms could be quite noisy, with doors banging etc. Good location though and very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend the hotel to others, but I probably wouldn't stay there again. "

"Staff were superb. Breakfast was beyond expectation. The hotel was spotless and my room was great. It was in the PERFECT spot (several of the processions stopped directly in front). I was traveling solo and felt very safe in the area (and, honestly, everywhere I went). If you are on the fence, do it!"

"Hotel is fairly beaten up, with black marks on the walls. Towel warmer did not work. Pillows were flat and hard. Bed was hard. Beds are pushed together singles and separate when sleeping on them. Front staff was not friendly at all, they did not tell us about any amenities or suggest the spa or restaurant. Climate control does not work unless you are in the room, so if you go out and come back the rooms are hot and stuffy. Patio doors have rusty hinges and may fall on you. The parkade was empty and we were given a parking spot that had furniture and equipment in it, so it was hard to park in. I was excited for this hotel, and it was a bitter disappointment. For the price there are better options out there."

"Really pleased I picked this hotel. Was very clean, lovely bright rooms, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast and bar area and really nice roof terrace for aperitivo! Literally the only thing that I would have liked is a coffee machine in the room but the bar had very nice coffee anyway. I would definitely recommend."

"Front desk staff and bellhops were very helpful. This is our second time staying at this sofitel hotel. We stayed the night before our flight, hotel is directly across from airport and very easy to navigate hotel to airport. Staff from hotel loaded our luggage on a cart from our room (even though it was 3am) and pushed luggage cart to road, encouraged us to take cart into airport and leave it there after we checked in our luggage. We were impressed at this exceptional service-especially in the middle of the night! We will definitely stay here again when in Athens."

"Great location with great views. If you don’t mind bring a giant hotel with waits for breakfast and elevators, you will love it. Roof top bar is amazing and staff is so kind. However, for the price I expected more. Rooms are basic. Bathroom amenities are non-existent. Room decor, super basic, almost motel like. So come for those other reasons if you don’t mind the negative things I mentioned. "
