Our favorite place of this Holiday, we definitely enjoyed being there, the staff is so nice and caring that we actually hugged them when we left, loved the place and if I ever come back I’ll definitely stay there again, it’s close to everything but at the same time with some distance from the noise and the crowded places

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was good. The shower design is poor. There is no way to prevent water from splashing wherever. This is evident from the damaged bathroom door frame. There is a mosquito problem. I'm not sure if it is the entire building or just room 313 but it prevented me from sleeping and i was bitten everywhere.

The only issues i had was, the ac was set to one temperature and ypu cant adjust it to make it colder. On their website it states laundry service, which they do not offer. Other than that, it was great.

Fantastic and friendly stay in a great hotel

This is an amazing hotel to stay in. It is very close to St. James church but not too close to noisy area. Great views of Cross Mountain and Apparition Hill. Staff are super friendly and food excellent. The breakfast buffet is worth every penny and great value.

Unruly Guests

Sadly, we were very disappointed with the noise level and the lack of orderly guests the hotel had. We complained daily about children running, screaming and kicking doors, they did not do anything. The only elevator was used by children to play and often we had to wait long time to use it. Also some guest used the hallways as smoking areas and the hotel staff seemed not able to enforce the no-smoking rules. Although we paid for several nights we ended up leaving a day before because we needed to get some rest before travel. Disappointed to say the least, too bad they can not enforce their own rules. We will not return to this hotel, we travel yearly to this town but we will not book this hotel again. The breakfast was just fine. The front desk manager offered to move us to another floor the night before we left, I believe they knew we were very upset and we were going to give a poor review. Don’t book here if you want peace, a quiet stay and a smoke free environment.
