"We found the hotel to be comfortable, with good facilities and overall were well looked after. Our one complaint was that the à la carte breakfast options weren’t available at the weekend as the chef “would be too busy”, and there was no evidence of that with small numbers in the dining room. We mentioned to Reception over the weekend but not on the Monday as we were checking out. Otherwise the hotel was a good choice."

"The hotel is really beautiful and staff were very helpful and polite. A real highlight was the food which was excellent at both dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately the trip was let down by the fact that it was not communicated to the hotel via Expedia that I had booked for 2 adults and 1 child, this meant that there was no bed in the room for my son (which was rectified by 8pm) and we had to pay for his dinner and breakfast despite booking the dinner, bed and breakfast option via Expedia for 2 adults and 1 child. I believe this is not the fault of the hotel but Expedia's. "

"The bedroom was light, airy and large The bathroom and shower were very clean and tidy The decor was perhaps a little tired and dated but nothing to complain about, Downstairs in the bar and restaurant there was an excellent selection of food and drink The staff were very helpful with everything A lovely place to stay in Pitlochry."
