Great location - literally in centre of everything. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel. The rooms are clean and modern with good bathrooms and plenty of hot water. Brilliant to have kitchen and laundry facilities too. Better value than a ‘traditional’ hotel - you don’t need room service and restaurants and frills as you are dinner to everything Melbourne had to offer.

Reception staff were courteous and had quick resolution of problems.
Cleaning staff however only provided two towels between 3 of us on each occasion they cleared our towels, which was a little annoying.
