Clean, comfortable rooms right in the centre of the city. Nothing fancy, and no view from the room, but everything is neat and tidy, rooms serviced daily, and always helpful staff at the front desk.

Nice 5 night stay.

I stayed for 5 nights on the 8th floor. The rooms were a good size and bathroom was clean. It was quiet with no outside noise. Clost to many tram stops and a short walk to Flinders St Station.

I think Causeway 353 has a lot going for it but it needs an update. It looks tired with the dark brown furnishings. But I appreciated the convenience and cleanliness of the rooms.

Great hotel and friendly personable staff. It is in a great location and very handy for anywhere in the CBD of Melbourne. It would have been nice to get my security deposit refunded on the same day as check out rather than them sitting on it for days….but that doesn’t affect the property or staff excellence.
