Breakfast was really good. No need to wait long for sitting place. Food was good and good selection. Room was clean and daily complementary water bottle supplied. I arrived on an early flight and even though my room was not ready, the staff took my bag so I could begin my day. A staff member rang me as soon as the room was ready. They had already put my bag in the room when I arrived. The room itself was very quiet. The location was great, a short walk from the bus terminal in one direction and about 2 blocks walk to the heart of the city in the other direction. There was a tram stop about 100m from the hotel's reception. Thanks for a nice stay.

The hotel was perfectly situated in the CBD, close to dining, shopping, and transportation. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend the Hilton Little Queen Street to anyone visiting Melbourne.
