very good value, nice big rooms, huge bed. Staff very friendly, maybe breakfast was a touch understaff, wait time was little much if u were in a rush. But Food good for breakfast and dinner in the rooftop venue. Would honestly stay again. For the Price hard to beat.

Hotel was good. Not Ideal location however very friendly staff. What I experienced though was that they should Improved their serving of rooms as it got to 3pm and the room was not cleaned. Had to asked twice for some towels to have a showers.

Good location with very comfy bed. Room was huge compared with other similar hotels. Sound can travel from the street to window (we were on level 3). Buffet breakfast had a wide selection although some warm options were cold.

Property was clean staff was friendly and very professional. Room was clean and well maintained with necessary amenities! I was very disappointed in the meal I ordered through room service. 1First Order was wrong (was specific about my order) and second order was incomplete. I had to call room service to let them know they did not complete my order. Both meals left mostly uneaten. And there was no discount made for our inconvenience. Very disappointed! I would recommend the hotel but not the room service!!

well I have to say that the Hyatt centric hotel was one of the best i have stayed in melbourne for along a time the staff were very friendly and helpull and went out of their way to make us feel like home and beyond .very close to all transport and easy way to get around melbourne close to coffee shops and places to eat. will definitely stay again hopefully soon there was nothing i can pick on

The pros are: location, walkable distance to city centre, room was ok, bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok too, but not great. Cons are: we stayed at room 810 and we could hear every train passing by, very loud noise, and apparently staff said that we should've asked for a quiet room on the arrival, also the water in the shower was not hot enough.
