Great location and the apartment was exactly what I was hoping for. Staff at check in/check out were very good. Bonus that there is onsite parking. Amenities in the apartment were ok - amazing washer & dryer but I found cooking equipment limited e.g. one huge saucepan and a deep frying pan only so this pretty much dictated what I could prepare.

Good accommodation in convenient location
Really good all round... Much better than the Oaks in Sydney. Convenient parking ($45 p/night is a bit expensive) and very convenient to the CBD, Southbank and the Arts Centre. Very comfortable and well equipped with enough space for a long stay.

Staff courteous and late check in accommodated.
2 bedroom room poorly designed. Each queen bed had only one bedside table. No shelves or dresser in bedroom. Bathrooms very small.
Kitchen had no prep area on counter. Seating was a small two seater sofa plus 4 flimsy dining chairs. Dishwasher did not drain. Coffee maker leaked water, extractor fam did not work
The apartment was reasonably clean and washer dryer in good condition. Fridge next to external door need the door to open the other way. Dry difficult to access fridge. In short the interior layout and design was very poor but beds were clean and comfortable. Would not stay again.
