Very warm welcome, reception and dining room staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and lunch were both good. Excellent location to Melk Abbey. Only a two block walk to a small shopping centre with a grocery store and pharmacy.

The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel room was fine with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was average. I can hear people through the walls so it's not great for light sleepers. The location is excellent and lots of free parking.

Had a great stay in this hotel. Very friendly staff and nice attention to detail. Enjoyed the breakfast which had a good number of options. The quality of the hotel was better than the 3 stars it carries. We also ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner once which was very good. Great to try local dishes and produce.
