We stayed there with our toddler. The staff was exceptional friendly. The breakfast and café have been great. Because the hotel is located in the centre of the village, the view is OK. However, the location is nearby all restaurants, bike shops and the gondola.

Besser wia dahoa!

DienZimmer sind ohne Schnickschnack die Betten extrem bequem. Gastfreundschaft ist garantiert und das Frühstück sensationell inkl. Riebel und Apfelmus! Es gibt nix besseres ols was Guades! Absolute Empfehlung!

Boutique Hotel eher nein

Dem Haus fehlt leider die Seele. Der Service an der Reception war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, die Beleuchtung am Regal für die Kleider fehlte. Keine Ablage Möglichkeit im Bad, die Dusche recht eng, der Fussboden sehr kalt, da keine Heizung vorhanden. In der Sauna bzw. Ruheraum kein WC und keine abgetrennte Dusche und kein Abfalleimer. Aus der Sauna blicken alle auf die offenen Duschen. Kein regelmässiges checken nach Saunatüchern, da kein Telefon in der Sauna, musste man im Bademantel an die Reception zum Bestellen. Das viel gelobte Frühstück war für mich leider enttäuschend; Angebot recht vegetarisch, wer es mag Salate z.T. Mit Knoblauch zum Frühstück. Eine Sorte Marmelade, das Glas war 2 Tage leer. Auch sonst vieles nicht aufgefüllt wie z.b. die süssen Aufläufe. Das Personal war unfreundlich und ging auf die Wünsche der Gäste wenig ein. Ich fragte am ersten Morgen nach Spiegeleiern mit dem Kommentar, dass mich sonst nichts am Buffet anspricht. Die Antwort war kein Bedauern, sondern dass diese Bestellung extra kostet. Das Brot war so weich, dass ich nicht mal Butter verstreichen konnte ohne dass es ineinander zuerfällt. Es gibt keinen Skikeller, sondern einen Container ausser Hauses. Die Skischuhe können im Haus in einem separaten Raum mit Heizung aufbewahrt werden. Der skibus hält vor dem Hotel. Bisher gastierte ich in vielen Boutique Hotels mit Charme, den ich leider hier vergeblich suchte. Schade

Tolles Hotel mit grandiosem Frühstück

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Die Gondelbahn Mellau ist schnell mit dem Skibus zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend renoviert worden und äußerst sauber. Das Highlight ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Ich habe nie zuvor eine solche Auswahl und liebevolle Zubereitung erlebt.

Heaven

Ein mit Liebe geführtes Haus, mit tollen Mitarbeitern und schöner Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind hübsch und wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Above and beyond auch das Frühstück. Wer auf einen Kaffee oder Tee hereinschneit am Nachmittag kann sich an der Kuchentheke kaum entscheiden. Danke für den guten Aufenthalt.
