"The property is located in a great and convenient location, close to the mall and other shopping and dining locations. The hotel is dated, but it has lots of parking, the roims were clean, the beds are comfortable, there's a pool, the rooms have a microwave and a mini refrigerator, and it's quiet. The staff was very responsive to my needs. There was only one working elevator (out of two) to service the 5 story hotel. I didn't like the Breakfast buffet, which was very limited, and there wasn't much seating in the Breakfast area. My stay was for 3 nights, but my key cards were deactivated after the 2nd night. I had to go downstairs to get my cards reactivated. The price was reasonable. "

"My stay at Westin was great, the rooms was clean and quite. My only surprise was the destination fee I was charged and wasn’t made aware of. I have stayed at many Marriott hotels but have never charged a destination fee’s for each night of $28.00. The Marriott self Parking should be free you all are taxing the peoples and discouraging and causing people’s to choose other hotels. "

"The room was not clean. I found hair on the bed and it was not mine. The room was smelly and musty. It also was very dark and outdated. The hotel pictures online are very deceiving. Honestly I was disgusted by the smell and the sheets on the beds. The rooms need to be remodeled or demolished. The carpets are old and smell like urine. We had paid 2 nights but ended up leaving after the first night. I do not recommend this hotel. I can’t emphasize how nasty the rooms are. Oh and the restroom as well, tub was outdated not clean and toilet had mildew all inside. Sorry but I am being super honest. We had rented the hotel because my sister was having surgery the next morning and we needed to stay the night close to the hospital area. The surgery was canceled so we ended up leaving early, I got home and showered right away because I felt so dirty from being in the hotel room. I did not even request a refund for the second night because I felt it would be a lost cause. We did not even check out, we left in a hurry and left the key entry cards in the room. "

"Convenient location for restaurants and activities. The room was OK. Furniture pieces were broken and the TV only connects to certain cable channels like sports and news. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because of the weather but the hot tub was very nice very hot. The restaurant is OK. I think the prices don’t really match the food, but it wasn’t bad. "

"Nope not even a roll the mower is so rude we stayed there a few nights and. My truck broken down she would not let me work on it I had to! Push it down the street so I could get fix it there then she called the police on us for having my truck there ... She really needs Jesus .. never again. We will not come close to her place "

"I love the fact that they had daily cleaning staff, hot breakfast, a pool, several dolly's, and an easier check in and out. The staff was friendly professional, helpful, and nice."

"Room was roomy & clean. Staff was outstanding - very friendly & accommodating. Only complaint - no ice machines. There was a refrigerator in our suite, but it did not have an ice maker & there are no ice machines/buckets to go get ice. Front desk clerk took me to the dining area kitchen to fill up my water bottle with ice, so that was appreciated!"
