"I have stayed at this hotel before without any issues, which made this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely frustrating from start to finish. During my one-night stay, the power in our room went out not once, but twice. The first time it happened, we contacted the front desk and had to wait far longer than expected for someone to respond. When maintenance finally arrived, instead of addressing the issue professionally, they suggested that I had somehow caused the outage, simply because I plugged in the iron. That explanation made no sense and felt dismissive. After the issue was temporarily resolved, it happened again later, which clearly points to a larger electrical problem rather than anything I did. Once again, we were left waiting for assistance. Because of these repeated outages and delays, we ended up missing our dinner reservations, which was incredibly frustrating and put a damper on the entire evening. Overall, this experience was inconvenient, poorly handled, and disappointing—especially given my previous stays. I expected much better in terms of both maintenance response and customer service. I would strongly urge management to address these issues to prevent other guests from dealing with the same situation."
