“The hotel and beautiful and in a lovely location just outside the centre of Montreuil-sur-mer. However, the family rooms are in the eaves and it was incredibly hot despite there being three fans. In the end we slept with the windows open but there was noisy loud dance music playing well into the night. In the end, the children slept downstairs in the double bed with me and my husband had to sleep in one of their single beds on the mezzanine. Also, before we checked out we found a bottle of water...

Cute dogs and cats and donkeys in the garden next door. Breakfast was wonderful- croissants and homemade yoghurt.”

“We loved this hotel! It had so much character, beautiful gardens and was convenient to the centre of the town. Parking available beside the hotel too. There is a walk along the ramparts which takes around 50mins - 60 mins and it’s just so tranquil with lovely countryside views. Good continental breakfast available. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!”

“ATTENTION selon l'annonce il y a un bain à remous dans chaque chambre et un spa privatif, or j'étais venu pour ça et me détendre cependant le sauna est à 25 € pour 30 minutes et il n'y a pas de bain à remous. Donc au final j'ai voulu m'excentrer pour profiter de ces services mais nous nous ne retrouvons pas dans un spa mais dans un logement classique... Personnel très accueillant”

“What a lovely place! Really well equipped, clean and tidy, and nice hosts. We only stayed one night as we needed somewhere near Calais before an early shuttle - but we wished we were staying longer.”

Being returning guests, who enjoy the village and surrounding area, are aware that if you are unable to check-in before the restaurant closes for lunch time service, you have to wait until 18.00hrs when restaurant re opens for evening service to check-in, though there is a phone number on the door. Expedia on their confirmation says you can check-in anytime from 14.00hrs.”
