And no TV. in the hotel!!!
The lady who works front desk said no elevator to go upstairs with big luggages.โ
โGrounds are beautiful. Almost every room has a fairly open view of the ocean. There are plenty of chairs spread around the grounds for relaxing with a glass of wine. The rooms are tastefully done and have very comfortable beds and linens. The restaurant attached to the property has a somewhat limited menu but everything we got tested great. Hope to come back again someday! โ
โWhat a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here.โ

โWe love the 2 big rooms connected as one big house. We love the woody property that is very close to downtown Mendocino. Very quiet and safe. The unit that we got needs a few upgrades. The carpet has to go. The other units have hardwood floors. The wifi is weaker at night, u cant watch anything.
