“The Celeste in St. Paul was great! Tucked into a beautifully restored old convent. You can still feel its history, from artwork by the nuns and stained-glass windows, to the original hardwood floors. My room with a Juliette balcony and a fireplace was fantastic!
The only drawback was the breakfast. Advertised as a hot breakfast including eggs, potatoes, and breakfast meats. Sadly it only included cereal, fruit, toast, and frozen breakfast sandwiches and a microwave.
Would definitely stay here...
“The staff was professional and welcoming. We seek out Hotel Indigos due to the modern upscale design ( aesthetic) without the upscale price! Though we had an early departure in the am from Union Depot I chose Hotel Indigo over closer to the station options. Never disappointed. Finally a member:) con: no valet or greeter as we planned to just drop our bags, return rental car, then light rail back. It went smoothly regardless. Quick to bring bags up to room. ”
