Very friendly staff. Secure gated parking, great for motorcycles. Nice pool area. OXXO next door and a few good food places. Quiet location despite close to the highway.

The hotel was very accessible to distances where we needed to go. It was close to family too! The only downside to the property was that we didn’t have access to the TV and internet! So with that said we will think about it next time to find a different place to stay and avoid staying there. If we would have called for assistance they wanted to charge us a fee to check on issues. Issues that were already there and they knew that something was wrong and they expected us to pay for damages that existed on the property before our arrival! That is unprofessional and adequate on our part. We would not fix or pay for any other services that needed to be repaired for them! We would rather find somewhere else to stay. We only suggest people call and find out about the services and what all it includes before booking.

This hotel is not how it seems the food is not included at all you have to pay separately if you want to eat there since they say that they don’t own that restaurant which seemed weird since why is it part of it. If you bring any beverages with you or food just bring a cooler since there is no mini fridge’s there or microwave. The beds are not the comfiest at all it made my back hurt and if you are going to have more than two people staying in one hotel room bring extra towels since they will just give you 2 towels and no extra toilet paper rolls. Service was okay when we went to check in they told us a different price than the price the website told us which was a 25 dollars more than promised to pay, they just blamed the website.
