Friendly, helpful staff. Good location for event I was attending. Good dining choices nearby. Television only had 4 channels, phone did not work, ice maker was hit and miss, elevator broke on checkout day. Had my Hulu on iPad, cellphone. Found ice on other floors. Staff helped bring bags down 3 flights of stairs.
