"Would like to review the breakfast but we missed it - it ends at 9, which is early for folks on vacation. Valet parking was a mess, possibly because they were short staffed. It seemed like this was their first day ever doing valet. All of the attendants were working hard and were very polite and helpful - it’s just laid out badly. Everything we wanted was in easy walking distance but we didn’t know that until we started walking around. If we come back (and we very likely will), we will probably park in the garage - but it was full when we walked past it once, so that might not be an option. The room was clean and bright. No full length mirror. We had an 2 queen bed suite. I liked having a separate living room because I woke up earlier than my friend and went out there to read without bothering her. We used the fridge, microwave and Keurig. Dishes and silverware seemed like they might have come from a thrift store, but they were adequate. There is an 2-burner cooktop that we didn’t use. There’s even a dishwasher! All the staff was friendly. My bottom line: Super convenient, friendly staff, clean and comfortable, good price. I would recommend staying here and would definitely use Homewood Suites whenever I’m staying in Toledo."

"Room was spacious and clean. But a couple of things were lacking, for a room that can sleep up to 6 guests, there were only enough towels for 3 guests and the room has a sofa bed but there wasn't sheets and pillows for it. Staff was helpful and gave us everything we needed when we asked. Breakfast the next day was good but nothing special. Our main problem was how thin the walls and ceilings are in this place. There were rowdy guests living above us that stayed up partying past 2am, pulling chairs around and just being loud. We had to complain to the staff twice before they would quiet down. Again the staff was helpful but sound proofing in this place is not the best."

"My stay was terrible. We came for the pool, it was was not open doing are stay. The tv was out a day and a half, we were there only 2 days. My room was not clean up the second day I was there. I was told I had to request it to be cleaned after the fact, never heard that before. Was not given enough towels. No tissue in the room, but empty containers, and 1 roll of toilet tissue, no extra in case we needed it, just terrible. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Offer breakfast, but the only thing that was good was the apple juice every thing else was nasty."
