"Everything was so clean and fresh and the service went beyond expectations "

"Overall this is a great place to stay. We stayed one night earlier in the week and one night later in the week as we were traveling for work. The first room we had was perfect, not a bad thing to say. The second room we got was not as nice. The second rooms flooring was loose with water seeping up between it (I assume this is from mopping). It was not dirty, but you could not walk around in socks or your feet would get wet. Overall, this property is great and I assume the flooring will be fixed soon which at that point I’d give this property a 10/10. "

"Rude staff at front desk for my evening check in. I was not aware that the hours of the 24/7 airport shuttle service were changed and had to make last minute arrangements for a ride to my early morning flight. I did not sleep well due to the unfriendly greeting and scrambling to figure out my ride. The morning front desk staff was friendly and explained the policy change to me politely. I have stayed here before, but this experience is making me consider a different hotel for my next trip."
