"Did not get laundry service"

"The staff at night was weird and unhelpful to say the least. I needed to wash some clothing but i didn't have quarters to use the machine, so I went to the front counter to ask if I could charge $5 To my room for some quarters. The guy said no..... That it, that's all. No explanation, no reasoning no nothing. So I go back to my room to get my wallet so I could go find the nearest ATM to get some cash. I returned to the front counter within minutes ask the same guy if he knew where I could find a nearby ATM. He proceeded to point to the corner of the lobby where, low and behold, there was stood an ATM standing there watching this entirely awkward interaction take place. I turned back to look at the "attendant" with a look of total dumbfoundedness on my face as to why he hadn't offered me this option when I initially inquired about cash for the washer and dryer. On the flip side, the two women in the lobby in the a.m were very..... Normal and communicative. They are the reason that I will return to the hotel for another Stay "

"Couldn’t use the pool because the geese were using it. Couldn’t use the hot tub because it was dirty. Couldn’t use the fridge because it didn’t cool and froze because the air conditioner was wack! So, no I would not recommend this establishment and by the way I did let them know about the issues and no, nothing was resolved!"
