The Upper Rideau B&B owners Donna and Keith are very welcoming, friendly and amazing hosts. Their home is beautiful and very clean. We had a wonderful lake view from our comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

If you have the chance to stay here while in Westport do so but book early. The Upper Rideau Bed & Breakast is a real gem! The Hosts Donna and Keith are wonderful people and prepare an amazing breakfast like no other that we’ve ever tasted. The attention to details to make our stay comfortable in the room with the luxurious king size bed, beautiful decor and incredible view made it a memorable experience. Cannot forget the little pup Lucy. She’s so sweet. We will certainly stay again.

Donna and Keith are warm and welcoming hosts to your beautiful home away from home, give lots of friendly tips about what to do in the area and provide the best breakfast in any B&B I’ve stayed in. Everything is extremely clean and you can’t beat the location - right next-door to the Cove Inn for a convivial patio atmosphere and live music as well as good food. We had a great stay and highly recommend.

Absolutely one of the best I have stayed it. The room was just as advertised. The hosts were engaged and very responsive. The breakfast was out of this world. The attention to detail was out incredible. It far outshone any hotel I have experienced and I travel a lot. Kudos to the hosts. Your amazing as is your property and your rooms. I wish you the best. Thank you from me and my mother ( you made her 90th amazing).

Donna and Keith were wonderful hosts. The place is beautiful and we got to enjoy the grounds. The breakfast was outstanding. So much food and so delicious! We highly recommend staying there. If we are back in Westport, this is where we will stay.

Beautiful setting, lovely hosts. Substantial and freshly made breakfast. Our bed was sooooo comfortable. It is a shared bathroom between 3 rooms which worked out totally fine. 10/10!

We throughly enjoyed our stay and our hosts were welcoming and friendly. The accommodations were lovely and very well appointed. The room and bathroom were immaculate!! There was some traffic noise in the morning but it was not overwhelming. The breakfast was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious!

Where do we begin! The Upper Rideau bnb is by far one of the best bnb’s we’ve had the pleasure to experience. From the moment we stepped inside and were greeted by Donna we were treated like royalty. The room was immaculate and we had our own ensuite that included a large jacuzzi bath ( which we used to soak our tired muscles from two days of kayaking). The breakfast was a chef’s dream with wonderful baked goodies and daily full hot meals of eggs, bacon, fruit and toast. Absolutely, delicious. Highly recommend this place. Hopefully we will be back again in the near future.

This was one of our favourite B&Bs. We were welcomed by our host, Donna, who toured us through the property and stunning gardens. Our room was welcoming and quite spacious, overlooking the canal. The large ensuite has a Jacuzzi tub with shower and the amenities provided where exceptional. Quality towels and bedding added to the comfort and luxury of our stay. Our 8AM breakfast included coffee and juice, homemade blueberry scones with warm compote, fresh fruit with yogurt followed by croissants, scrambled eggs, bacon and home fries. The location is perfect for walking about the town and enjoying the water. This was truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

This B&B was outstanding! Best I’ve ever stayed at! Beautiful waterfront view from our room and access from the house. Full use of the dock and kayaks, etc. Home baked goodies available all day. You felt like you had a lot of privacy and the hosts were lovely! On top of the superb accommodations the breakfast that comes included is Instagram worthy! Homemade blueberry scones, waffles, berry compote, eggs made to order, bacon, sausage, fruit, toast, etc, etc! Absolutely fantastic! Plus they even included a little gift bag after the fact! We will definitely be coming back this summer for a girls trip!
