"The hotel was like an abandoned warehouse: at first, i thought maybe it had gone bankrupt. But there was someone at the desk, and she did check me in. Room 513 was a nice enough room but not the upgrade i should have been given as a Bonvoy elite member. Toilet didn"t flush, elevator stopped between floors, andmsid banged on the door at 9 am, half an hoir before my alarm. And terrible location in a business park. Typical marriott hospitality,if you know what i mean."

"Kids and adults outside making noise, adults didnt go to bed til midnight, feltlike a crack hotel. No wonder this isnt a Motel 6 anymore. The smell of pot everytime you stepped outside. Bed hard as a rock, very uncomfortable stay. Parking was horrible to find spaces. We were in a corner room so lots of activity allnight. "

"Mattresses were very old. Everyone rolls to the center of the bed. (We were with another family in another room and they had the same problem.) Street noise (highway) was REALLY loud. Staff were most pleasant and food was good...thank you!"

No available extra pillows and just one extra sheet because the manager was washing a load when requested. White refrigerator clean on inside but rusting on the outside of the door, definitely didn't want to touch. Carpet ripped up. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower tub had residue, but water pressure was good."
