Otelin temizliği çalışanların ilgisi mükemmel fakat otopark sorunu can sıkıyor. Otele girerken arabamın anahtarını ısrarla istemeleri çok canımı sıktı sebeb olarak da park sorununu söylediler. Benim arabamda özel eşyalarım var ben neden arabamın anahtanırı otel çalışanlarına vericem bunu anlamadım. Sanki benden arabanın anahtarını alıp parçalayacaklar hissi oluşturmalatı dışında hiç bir problem yok çalışanların ısrarı beni cidden üzdü...

I forgot my earbud in the room and after I checked out ,and according to the “ find IPhone “ application, it shows that the last connection was in the hotel. The hotel receptionist was very cooperative... but I didn’t got my lost earbud.. I hope hotel management will solve this issue

Otel fiyat fayda endeksine göre iyi, rahatlıkla konaklayacağımız bir otel. Otel yeni olduğu için genel durumu çok iyi. Sabah kahvaltısı yeterli. Park sıkıntısı yok. Oda servisi ve minibar ücretleri makul. Oda içinse temizlik iyi, yataklar rahat. Aile odasında kaldım. Oda geniş ve ferah. Odanın tek sıkıntısı ses yalıtımı, ana yol üstünde olduğu için pencereleri vs. kontrol etmeme rağmen yol sesi geliyordu. Personelleri ilgili güler yüzlü. Genel olarak Mersin'e uğradığımda tekrar kalacağım bi otel.

Otel gayet konforlu ve temiz. Çalışanlar son derece kibar. Tek eleştirdiğim nokta ise kahvaltı edilen salonda yasak olmasına rağmen sigara içilmesine müsaade etmeleri.

Vind deze accommodatie echt een onvoldoende ,ja.

Heel slecht geslapen omdat er een slechte isolatie van de ramen aan de wegzijde is. Het personeel was vriendelijk en probeerde het achteraf wel op te lossen. De tweede kamer aan de zijkant gaf minder lawaai van de weg hoorde je nog steeds. Begrijpen doe ik dit niet .Jehoorde alles wat langs komen alsof deze voertuigen in je kamer waren.Wij reizen veel maar dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt Ontbijt was goed en de bediening en de spa waren goed tot zeer goed.

Hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful in every way. The breakfast was excellent and the location is very convenient to local transit and transportation. Comfortable bed, nicely laid out room and luxurious shower. A pleasant stay!

Staff at Grand Bulut were extremely helpful and booked our bus out of Mersin and printed our ticket. Highly recommend this hotel.
