Where to start. I chose this hotel for my honeymoon and I'm very happy I did. I booked the lagoon view room but when I arrived I asked to be moved to the best Lagoon room with access to the private lagoon pool and out door bed. I can't recommend the Puri Santrian enough. This hotel was the main ingredient for the mostly relaxing vacation I've ever had. The check-in was flawless. My room was exceptional. Housekeeping was excellent. The staff was always there when you needed them but were not overly intrusive. The whole experience was geared to your comfort and convenience. Located directly on the beach, you have endless opportunities to enjoy all types of activities. Dining options at the hotel were exceptional....

If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place.
