Muy lindo hotel , lástima q se rompió el aire acondicionado y no hay secador de pelo an la habitación

Nos encantó quedarnos aquí el staff increíble Santi el muchacho de recepción un sol, la señora que se encargaba del desayuno increíble, definitivamente regresaría aquí, un lugar hermoso, tranquilo, acogedor de verdad se encargan de que sus huéspedes queden contentos tratando de de solucionar todo, nunca recibí un no! Siempre fue déjeme ver consulto y le aviso AMAZING

Muy buen hotel, todo el personal muy amable, las instalaciones muy bien, buen desayuno, la suite muy espaciosa y cómoda, la cama muy bien, el baño muy grande, la ducha bien. En general todo muy bien, solo faltaría insonorizar mejor el baño para que no se escuchen a pasajeros de habitaciones contiguas. Hotel recomendable.

La habitación estaba impecable, la limpieza de todo el complejo fue excelente, pero quiero destacar la atención de todo su personal, la disponibilidad constante para atender todas nuestras necesidades. Lo recomiendo y espero poder volver pronto.

Estaba todo muy lindo

Beautiful location on the Laguna, with incredible wildlife all around you. Bellen and the whole team plan your stay with long guided tours with expert guides both on trails and on the water, and at no extra cost! And the food is also included in the price and it's delicious. Couldn't ask for more!
