I would rank her one of the best hotel guest relation associates we have encountered in a very long time! Kudos to Jessica. The hotel was clean, rooms large and quiet. The air conditioning was a bit weak for our liking…. Overall a very decent experience!"

"Shower smelt of must and mold? The room did have a few bugs but that’s to be expected due to the wooded area. Screens on the windows would have resolved this issue. The restaurant is convenient and not bad, however they would not serve us the bread included in the sitting fee, when they would serve to Italian customers. Overall for the price it was a very reasonable stay, but there were quirks."

"There was no WORKING plug for USB or USC (get it together guys!). But besides that it was a really perfect stay. Shuttle to / from airport is €20 through the hotel. Cheaper than a regular taxi. You can hear a little traffic, we had some white noise on which drowned it out but to have space, some grass and a pool so near the busier city was a great option daily. I would definitely recommend. Breakfast staff were so lovely and everyone really helpful. You can see the bus stop from reception desk and it’s a 2 stop /€3 hop into the city. Perfect! Esp with kids."
