“We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. “Firstly the hotel is on a small hill and takes about a 10mins uphill walk to reach. not too bad if you don’t have heavy suitcases to trawl. “The staff were fabulous and hotel was in a great location. Room was very small and such low beds which made it very difficult to get in and out of and the wooden frame jutted out so constantly hitting your ankles! Same with the balcony furniture for getting in and out of . So low especially for older people . No kettle in room either which was disappointing.”
