โWent for 5 nights to relax and unwind. Excellent check in service by Kelvin, received coupons for their 3 restaurants and wristbands for 4 activities which were appreciated. Indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzis which we never used and a large lunge area with a few games. Room was very spacious with a mini fridge and coffee maker, comfortable beds and a Juliet balcony so we could open the door to get fresh air. It is an older building so the rooms were a little dated and you could hear the tootles...

โWe really enjoyed our stay at Blue Mountain. We went during the summer and did all of the activities. The mountain coaster was a blast. The ropes course was a lot of fun with different levels of difficulty according to your preferences. The village was great with lots of restaurant and shopping options.โ

I've stayed in many hotels in the world, but I've never seen one, no matter how low-rated, without a hair dryer.
However, there is no hair dryer in the room here. We asked for a hair dryer in the evening, but the front desk staff said there were no hair dryers left. The next morning I called the front desk again and asked for a hair dryer and the front desk staff said the housekeeper would bring it to our room, but I didn't receive it...
