Quiet and comfortable. 20 minutes easy drive to airport. Breakfast included vegan "cheese" and "ham", several cooked items, cereals, fruit. Check in staff welcoming. Everything worked

The Staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very nice with many options. The hotel was located in a nice rural area. The room unfortunately was extremely hot. They gave us a fan but was still uncomfortable. The shower did not drain well.

Disappointing Standard for a 4-Star Hotel

The rooms were very basic, lacking even essential amenities like tea and coffee making facilities or any complimentary items. We found it absurd that the mini-bars were locked. Furthermore, the furnishings are visibly old, and the sauna's limited hours (5:00 PM to 11:00 PM) were inconvenient. ​Based on the lack of basic amenities and dated features, I do not believe this hotel lives up to 4-star standards. ​However, I must commend the staff; the employees were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was also clean, and the parking facility was adequate.

Older building. Well used but in reasonably good shape. Excellent selection for breakfast foods including vegan and gluten options. Basic food but got us going for the day. Quiet area. Police station and ambulance station across the road. Easy access to highway. Had bus tour each day so was busy. Parking is comfortable with plenty extra available. Runnable neighborhood with multitude of trails and passageways. Fuel station close.... gym was comprised of mostly broken equipment but sauna and steamworked.

Great hotel for the proce

I was a bit hesitant booking this hotel when i looked at the google reviews. But i was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is great for the price point of ~60€. Friendly staff, plenty of parking space for 3€ or 10€ depending on where you park. Great breakfast spread. I just needed a place to sleep for one night and quietness of the room is very important for me. The first room given to me was facing the road which was noisy. I asked the front desk and they gave me a quiet room. 10/10 would stay again. The picture is from my room window

Hotel was good , I’d recommend to stay here . The airport is only 20-25 mins away , be careful though taxis will charge about £50 to £60 euros . A bus takes you to nearest train station . About 10 mins drive away . It’s 20km away from Düsseldorf town centre which again is £40 euros in a taxi . Food and drink is about £25-45 euros per meal . You can go Macdonalds or pizza nearby . The hotel’s continental breakfast is good . It has a good sauna and steam room gym is only ok for topping up fitness . Bar is good for late night drinks etc . Overall 8/10

The only thing I can think of that was not so great. Was that in room 246 the soap dispenser in the shower was not mounted to te wall correct, sort of "dangeling" in one screw. That could result in water damage in the future.

Room was terrible with sauna temperature, radiator faucet was broken with heating on max. This problem with the room did not occur when we arrived, the staff were fully aware of it but pretended not to notice. The price we paid to rent this for the room was pure fraud.

The room is small like Ibis hotel room and it doesn't have any amenities like hotpot (kettle), coffee making stuff or tea bag and cups or glasses, etc. The breakfast in the morning has nothing to rave about and the coffee tastes horrible. The hotel interior looks very dark and tired. There is a spider in the restroom crawling at the corner of the ceiling above the mirror
