I stayed with you from Monday to Friday, and overall my experience was very good: the facilities are in excellent condition, and everything was perfect… except for the front desk staff.
From the very first day, I noticed that the front desk team has no basic knowledge about Mexico City. I asked for directions to certain places, and they weren’t able to help me at all. But the worst part happened this morning when my 81-year-old mother came to visit me.
José, who was at the front desk, treated her very rudely. She gave him my full name and also my nickname to make it easier for him to find me, but he didn’t make any effort. In fact, he completely ignored her and took his time, which I found extremely disrespectful toward an elderly person. I believe this shows a total lack of consideration and basic courtesy.
So, if you’re planning to stay at this hotel, go ahead — but avoid dealing with José, as he is extremely rude. On the other hand, if you’re looking for truly outstanding service, Carlos the bellboy is the best and only one who actually delivers.
