Great location, rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was excellent from the doorman to the cleaning ladies, everyone was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not fully equipped. There was only one coffee pod provided, very limited plates (just 2 large and 3 small), not enough towels, and no trash bags available. In addition, the fridge has a water filter option, but it was not working. Overall, the stay was pleasant thanks to the service and comfort, but the kitchen amenities and maintenance could definitely be improved to better match expectations.

Great spot.

Great place...clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Only thing is TVs are a little confusing, especially for elder adults. They're smart TV's with Aps, easy for Netflix, Amazon, etc., but can't really watch live local TV.

The apartment itself is nice and it is in a beautiful walkable area of Polanco with a ton of restaurants, coffee, shops, and stores however, be aware that there is no Airconditioner! We came in May and it was extremely hot in the room. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

The room in general was fine, but the bathroom was awful. Not sure why the owners won’t spend a little money, redo the tile walls and floor. It doesn’t cost a lot. They should probably refinish the wood floors in the main bedroom area too. Pictures looked a lot better than the actual condition of the room. Location was pretty good. Close to a lot of good restaurants. But no convenience, stores nearby. The host was fine and kept in good communication.

Extraordinary housing choice. When planning our trip to CDMX we were worried about safety, and thought perhaps a hotel reservation would be better, but we had zero concerns the whole week. The apartment was impeccably clean, newly furnished, very comfortable, quiet. 24 hr doorman, elevator. We walked out to eat or explore multiple times daily. Palanco has many extraordinary food choices, and is close to the park, the famed anthropology museum, and many other sites of interest. Uber in CDMX is quick, safe, and reliable. Loved having an apartment with kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms- much better than a hotel. Also, Capitalia was very responsive with the only problem we encountered- room door code didn't work when we arrived- but they had us inside the apartment within a matter of minutes via a responsive WhatsApp chat. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Pésima experiencia, el lugar sucio, la entrada a la habitación fue hasta las 4:50 pm, siendo que llegamos puntuales 4:00 pm. El aseo de la habitación me dijeron en recepción que era cada 8 días, si pides mas papel del baño te dicen que solo están autorizados a entregarte uno mas, que tu tienes que comprar los demás que necesites. Las toallas sucias, manchadas, con mal olor. Los muebles de sala y comedor todos manchados, sucios. llegan por la basura al edicifio a las 5.00 am, y hacen un escandalo por que no les abren a los de la basura. En general una MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA, HORRIBLE...
