great location in Roma Norte. Newish building, clean and well taken care of. Stayed for a week and wifi was great for first five, last two were iffy. Building also has a small gym and laundry room that was missing from the listing.

Very convenient Roma Norte location to restaurants, shops, other sights. Was glad there was a friendly Front Desk person at all times -- good security as they buzzed you in -- although some did not speak any English which was inconvenient. Unit very clean, kitchen stocked with essentials. A large tv in each bedroom (one not a true closed-off room). Washer/dryer available for free. Uber came within 5 - 7 minutes. Very modern hotel/condo/apartment.

Overall amazing location within Roma Norte. Only slight issue is my room type was listed as a superior one bedroom apartment but it’s more of a studio with no separation between the bedroom and the living area. Super secure and would def stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Tonnala Kukun! The priperty is beautiful, clean, has lots of space and in a greaf location. It is in Roma Norte which is walking distance to fabulous places to eat and shop. What made our stay extra special is Luis and the wonderful staff! They are very attentive and helpful. We will definitely return.

We got there at 7am & were able to leave our luggage while we went out to eat breakfast & explore before the 3pm check-in. Once in the room, it was super clean, perfect for size for my husband & I. I loved that you could open the window out to the city--allowing us to get fresh air. We met Manu who gave us fantastic suggestions of where to eat. He was so friendly!! One small thing to mention, when you walk into the room you'll sometimes smell a funky sewer-like smell...it's part of the plumbing & can also be smelled when walking in the neighborhood. I suppose it's because the plumbing in CDMX is old. We did end up putting a small towel on the shower drain to help with the smell. Nothing terrible nor will it deter us from coming back to Casa Toanala. Everything was so very close & we really loved our stay here!

My stay was overall ok. The team working there are really nice, very responsive and super kind. For sure a highlight. The location is great, that is why I choose staying there (I used to live in La Roma for many years). However they don't have a system for early check in, so I had to pay a full night to be able to check in early... bummer as every place I have stayed before has this system... specially when the rooms are empty. Second massive bummer, they don't offer room cleaning!! ALL similar stays offer that, and unfortunately that is not clear on the booking page. The room is tiny, which it was ok with me as I only use it to sleep, but my issue was the next door construction... it's a massive construction (like a whole building) they should mention that on their booking page as a courtesy. Had to sleep with my phone next to me with very loud white noise to compensate... but I was still woken up very early by the noise. Not coming back and I do not recommend.

A comfortable stay in a studio apartment in the heart of Roma Norte. Really convenient location - being easy to get to the key sites, bars, cafes and restaurants. Room was a really good size, with kitchen amenities, sofa and all the standard extras. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the room however, with a dusty floor, and musky smell which may have been coming from the air conditioning unit. The room was not cleaned once during my stay or any of the towels replenished. I stayed for 5 nights.

**The best 4ever!!!** I really liked it, everything was just perfect! The place was super clean, the bed was super comfy, and they didn’t miss a single detail. The location was great too, with everything close by. The host was really friendly and made sure we were set for the whole stay. Honestly, no complaints – I’d definitely stay here again! Btw, exceeded all my expectations, and I’d come back in a heartbeat! :)
