We got a clean room, when the AC was not working we were offered a new room and we had zero problems. Rooms are clean, good spaces and quiet. Perfect for a red eye flight the next morning.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable; however, $445 CAD for a basic king room is expensive for what is offered. The main advantage is convenience, as the hotel is located directly at the airport, which is ideal for early flights or short stays. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was disappointing. I ordered a chicken sandwich and came with unsalted potato chips, and the quality did not meet expectations. For a Hilton-branded property, I would have expected a much higher standard. There are better dining options within the hotel than the restaurant I visited. Overall, convenient location, but value for money and food quality could be improved.

It a very well-located Hotel inside terminal 1 of the Mexico City airport. Good staff and room cleanness. The only detail I had was a strong smell (kind of sewer) in the hallway and inside the room.

We liked the convenience this hotel is inside the terminal, very close to international arrivals, my mom and aunt do not walk that much and with all the baggage it was very easy getting there after a long tiring flight. We stayed for just one night. The staff was welcoming once we got there. There was aspects that really got to me, reservation was made thru Expedia with the option to pay at arrival, our flight was delayed cause it needed to land and a different city due bad weather and kill sometime there. I called the hotel to let them know we would arrive late and here is where the nightmare begun, we were told that our room was most likely to be sold cause they were full.?? ?? No option to pay over the phone to guarantee our already confirmed reservation. They offered to cancel, I had to beg and still no promises were made. It was extremely frustrating not knowing if my family would have a bed that night, we arrived past midnite and even thou the room was still there, the experience was very painful. Reservation was for 4 people but amenities for 2 were in the room, we had to call for a couple of more towels that but the way were in really bad shape, had to go to reception for 2 more bottle of waters, the fixtures of the room were nice but in bad shape, specially the bathroom had excessive buildup. The seers of the bed were nice ;), the breakfast buffet was fresh and really yummy and good quality ingredients. Service was outstanding. I would not stay there again if it w
